Cancer Wellness at Piedmont is proud to offer a wide variety of courses and activities to meet your needs and interests. All classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Feel free to arrive early and have a cup of specialty tea, relax in the café, enjoy the views and center yourself before your class begins.
Our nutrition workshops are designed to teach you how to nourish and fuel your body. From learning about seasonal fruits and vegetables, to making the most out of your time in the kitchen, we will empower you to make healthy eating choices.

Come relax and renew your mind, body and spirit with our stress reduction classes. Not only will you feel great after attending a session, you will also learn about tools to manage your stress levels throughout the day. We offer a variety of options, from chair massage therapy to natural healing alternatives.
Movement and Exercise
Our movement and exercise classes are tailored to the needs of people with cancer. Join us to release tension, create strength, flexibility and balance of mind, body and spirit. Group exercises include yoga, t'ai chi, Zumba, and more.
You don't need to be an artist or musician to enjoy our expressive arts classes – just a desire to have fun and be creative. Come connect with others affected by cancer and also with your deeper self.
You and your loved ones do not have to face cancer alone. We offer a variety of support groups to meet the needs of people with different types of cancer and the different stages in your cancer journey.
In addition to our other classes we offer special programs and seminars. Explore topics of interest, such as beauty tips for cancer patients and survivors, or join us for a fun movie night.
At some point many people need support in adjusting to the challenges of cancer. From diagnosis to survivorship, individuals and family members may want to seek professional guidance. We offer individual counseling and coaching, as well as nutrition consultations.
