FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. – (December 27, 2011)—Piedmont Fayette Hospital has named Judy Long, RN, MS, CNS, chief nursing officer. Long joined the hospital in 2008 as director of inpatient services. Previously, she held various positions at Henry Medical Center, South Fulton Medical Center and Glens Falls Hospital in Glen Falls, N.Y., and has spent time as a healthcare consultant at Ernst & Young, LLP.

Long has a master’s of science degree in medical and surgical as well as medical/surgical and oncology clinical nurse specialist degree. She attended the nurse practitioner certificate program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
