- Description
- This course is designed for non-healthcare providers/ lay rescuers (technicians, clerical partners, support partners, the transport team, etc.). This course teaches lay rescuers how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and the choking adult, child, and infant victim. It also provides demonstration and practice of an AED for an adult and child cardiac arrest victim. Students learn to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke in adults and breathing difficulties in children.
Upon successful completion of the course an AHA Heartsaver CPR card is issued. There is no pre-class information. All material needed for class is supplied at the time of class. For registration and pricing call Link2Health @ 1-866-900-4321. - Location
