Our patient relations representatives assist patients and their family members throughout their hospital stay. They answer questions regarding hospital routines, patient advocacy issues and non-clinical patient and family concerns, and provide courtesy services to complement the clinical staff, allowing them to stay focused on the patient’s medical care.
