It is our goal to treat every person with dignity and respect in an environment that is as private as possible so that you feel safe, comfortable and at ease. For instance, you will be provided a private place to change clothing and to wait instead of returning to the waiting room.

Patients have the:

3. Right to be free from all forms of abuse or harassment
PSC will treat all patients equally, with courtesy and respect.
4. Right to be informed and understand planned care
You have the right to be informed and understand planned care by your physician while at PSC, the expected outcome and possible complications or possible effects if the procedure is not performed.
5. Right of patient or patient's designated representative
Right of patient or patient's designated representative (if one exists) to make informed decisions about care whether or not the patient is incapacitated or been declared incompetent by the court.
6. Right to know about the PSC's policy on advance directives
Right to know that the PSC's policy on advance directives is to stabilize and transfer patients experiencing a life-threatening emergency to a nearby hospital where their advance directives will be honored. Patients may receive information on advanced directives from PSC.
