Stockbridge, Ga. (February 13, 2014) – Ali Araghi, M.D. recently joined the Intensivist program at Piedmont Henry Hospital.
Dr. Araghi earned his medical degree from Tehran University. He completed residencies in internal medicine at Tehran University and Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. His fellowship in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine was completed at Wayne State University.
The Intensivist program at Piedmont Henry is overseen by physicians who specialize in treating patients in the hospital’s Critical Care Units. “Through the Intensivist program the sickest patients get the ‘right care, right now’,” said Dr. Araghi. “And the care is based on best practice guidelines.”
Piedmont Henry’s Intensivist program began in July 2013 under the leadership of Gregory E. Evans, M.D.
Dr. Evans completed his residency in anesthesia at the Cleveland Clinic and his fellowship in critical care at Vanderbilt University.
