Cancer Wellness Without Walls, an extension of Piedmont's Cancer Wellness program, offers free online classes to all cancer patients, no matter where they have received treatment. These virtual support classes complement treatment and are a perfect fit for patients who travel for work and can't attend a class, who don't feel well enough to leave home, or who may live far away from a facility.
One of the ways your body heals during the cancer journey is by eating well. But what does that realistically look like for you in your kitchen? Shayna Komar RD LD will educate you on foods that have anti-cancer properties. This class is online so you can hopefully put your laptop in your kitchen and open the fridge, cabinets, and cupboards to really discover how to make your home a healing place.
