ATLANTA (Sept. 29, 2008) – Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians along with Piedmont Hospital Cardiovascular Imaging Center and Cardiovascular Services of Atlanta opened new offices at the corner of Peachtree Dunwoody Road and Hammond Road on September 16.  The Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians is home to the Atlanta Cardiology Group, Cardiac Disease Specialists and Cardiology of Georgia.

The new location houses several cardiology services under one roof.  With the three entities in one facility, patients will have easy access to their cardiac physicians’ office, cardiovascular imaging, and an adult diagnostic cardiac catheterization lab all in one location.  Located within a mile of the Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians’ former offices, the Perimeter Town Center Office Park continues to offer patients a convenient location with easy access from I-285 and Georgia 400.

A grand opening for the community will be held on Saturday, October 4, from 9 a.m. to noon at 1140 Hammond Drive, 3rd floor, Building K, Atlanta, Ga. 30328.  Piedmont will provide a number of free screenings, including blood pressure readings and cholesterol and glucose screenings.
